REFLECTION #1
I disagree. I don't feel that it is the curriculum that is disabling but the lack of resourses and teacher training. I would like to incorporate UDL strategies into my classroom but don't have the knowledge or skills to do so. Also, I feel that time restrictions are disabling.
REFLECTION #2
A benefit of analyzing curriculum strengths and weaknesses rather than focusing on the student's strengths and weaknesses may possibly be an overall improvement in county and state resources provided for teachers. If curriculum is improved, then the multimedia technology and teacher support will be upgraded thus helping teachers meet the need of all learners with, a higher success rate.
CA #1: What is UDL?
UDL is is an approach to facilitate learning so that each student is fully engaged and will achieve their greatest potential as a learner through the use of multimedia technology.
